Metroid Dread is a game that allows players to explore the world of Samus Aran, but it also has an additional mode called “Bomb Mode” where players must collect bombs and avoid enemies. This mode is unlocked after completing the main story, but there are ways for players to get access to the bombs early in the game.

The metroid dread bombs early is a strategy that allows players to get the bombs in the game earlier than normal.

If you acquire explosives early in Metroid Dread, you may open many sections much faster than usual and get an advantage in Dread’s main boss battle with Kraid. If you’re keen to acquire explosives early, you’ll have to put in some additional work to break the sequence.

How to Get Bombs in Metroid Dread Early

Get the Grapple Beam as soon as possible.

Obtaining the grappling beam, which you may accomplish as soon as you acquire the Varia Suit, is the first step in your quest to collect explosives early.

Exit to the left of Dairon’s complete recharge station and shoot the floor as indicated. Make your way into the lava zone after descending. The Artaria elevator at the far right end is your objective, although it will take some effort.

The first several tasks are easy block shooting challenges, but the huge chamber is the most challenge. You must first slip under the ledge, then leap and grasp onto the ledge.

A slide barrier at the opposite end of the route requires you to perform much the same thing. It may take a few attempts to get it right.

The Artaria elevator will drop you down at the top save room in the region. Ignore the save chamber and continue straight until you reach the grappling beam. It’s now returning to Dairon.

In Dairon, find the Morph Ball Bombs.

All of this was done in order to remove the grappling block in Dairon’s E.M.M.I. Zone, which prevented you from leaving the top left section.

You’ll ultimately arrive in a save room if you exit the lava region to the left. If necessary, save before entering the E.M.M.I. Zone. There are no unique techniques with the Dairon E.M.M.I., although you may need to enter and leave a few times. This Zone is very large, and it takes some time to get accustomed to.

Follow the route up until you reach the map room after exiting the top left door.

To get to the dynamo, you’ll need to temporarily enter the chilly zone, so leave the map room to the left and dash down to the door. Activate the generator, then turn right and climb the stairs to the bomb chamber.

Return to Cataris with Morph Bombs in hand in preparation for the Kraid battle. This fight is made considerably simpler by the early explosives.

Use a bomb on the wall to expose a Morph Ball launcher when Kraid destroys the platform and you fall down. It propels you inside Kraid’s stomach, where you may utilize explosives to bring the monster down quicker if you don’t puke on your Switch.
